  1. Agrupamos todos los ingredientes. Cortamos en brunoise la cebolla. Pelamos y troceamos el calabacín en dados. Laminamos los champiñones. Pelamos y retiramos el hilito negro de los gambones.

Ponemos una cazuela amplia al fuego con un chorrito generoso de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos la cebolla junto con un poquito de sal y el ajo en polvo y dejamos pochar a fuego medio unos 10 minutos. Agregamos los champiñones y los salteamos a fuego medio 5 minutos. Incorporamos el calabacín y lo rehogamos 10 minutos.
  3. Añadimos los taquitos de jamón y los salteamos un par de minutos. Agregamos la salsa de tomate y un par de golpes de molinillo de pimienta negra, mezclamos y cocinamos a fuego medio-lento 10 minutos. Incorporamos la cayena molida y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos.
  4. Agregamos el arroz y lo rehogamos a fuego medio-alto un par de minutos. Vertemos la mitad del fumet y dejamos que el arroz se vaya haciendo a fuego medio-lento unos 20 minutos.
  5. Añadimos los gambones y dejamos al fuego 10 minutos. Vertemos el resto de fumet y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento 10 minutos más o hasta que el arroz esté a nuestro gusto.
  6. Dejamos reposar un par de minutos y servimos. Ya veréis que plato tan sencillo y rico. Espero que os guste!!!
