- Incorporamos las patatas y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos. Agregamos agua hasta cubrir las verduras y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio 30-35 minutos o hasta que las zanahorias y las patatas estén tiernas.


- Retiramos del fuego y trituramos bien con ayuda de una batidora. Agregamos los quesitos y volvemos a triturar asegurándonos que no nos quedan grumos. Llevamos al fuego y cocinamos todo junto a fuego medio 5 minutos.
