  16. 1 cuchara aceite sesamo
  17. 1 a 2 cucharas de Maizena
  18. 1 poco aceite para dorar un 1/3 tz de agua para cocer
  19. Salsa
  20. Salsa soya, sriracha y miel de Maple o de abeja

  1. En el agua tibia colocar la levadura y el azúcar, mezclar y esperar un momento
  2. Mientras cernir la harina, la Maizena y la sal en un bowl.
  3. Añadir la mezcla de levadura y amasar. Llevar al mesón y agregar el aceite mientras se amasa hasta formar una masa suave dejar descansar y leudar por una hora.
  4. Picar los champiñones, los ajos y las colitas de cebolla y dejar preparado.
  5. En un pocillo mezclar la soya con el aceite de sésamo. En otro pocillo mezclar el polvo de jengibre con agua caliente.
  6. Se colocan los champiñones al sartén y se cocinan hasta que suelte su líquido y suavicen. Agregar el ajo, las colitas de cebolla, el jengibre con agua y la mezcla de soya con sésamo. Mezclar bien todo unos cuantos minutos y agregar la maizena en polvo y mezclar hasta que se espese. Reservar.
  7. La masa una vez leudada, cortar 8 pedazos y formar bolitas. Abrir con el uslero como el tamaño de la palma de la mano.
  8. Ir rellenando cada masa con una cuchara de relleno y cerrar conectando todo el borde. Ir colocando en un paño para que no se cuelen.
  9. En un sartén grande, agregar un poco de aceite ya fuego medio colocar los bao separados verificando que no se cuelen y doren por abajo.
  10. Añadir 1/3 de tz de agua y tapar el sartén, dejar por 7 min hasta que estén cocidos y el agua casi evaporada. Repetir los pasos hasta acabar
  11. Preparar la mezcla final con salsa soya, sriracha y miel a gusto, opcional semillas de sésamo.
