- 1 libra pollo (yo utilicé pechuga)
- 1/4 cebolla

- 1 cdita consomé de pollo o sal

- Colocar en una olla 1 litro de agua, la cebolla, el ajo, la ramita de hierbabuena y cocer el pollo. Agregar la cdita de sal o consomé.
- Cuando esté listo lo sacamos y cortamos o desmenuzamos el pollo, utilizaremos parte del caldo para la preparación. Cortar a tu gusto los vegetales.
- Sacar y colar 2 tazas del caldo de pollo y devolver al fuego, cuando rompa hervor agregar el brócoli, la zanahoria, los champiñones (en mi caso usé de lata rebanados), el pollo y el fideo de ramen con sus sobrecitos. Dejar hervir hasta que el fideo esté listo. Servir y acompañar como gustes!! Provecho!
