  3. Añadimos los pimientos y las hojas de laurel, removemos y cocinamos a fuego medio 10 minutos. Agregamos los champiñones y rehogamos un par de minutos.
  4. Incorporamos el calabacín y lo dejamos al fuego 5 minutos. Añadimos la berenjena y dejamos que se hagan 5 minutos más.
  5. Agregamos la salsa de tomate, removemos y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento 30-40 minutos, hasta que las verduras estén tiernas. Si no queréis que os quede con mucho líquido agregad menos salsa de tomate.
