  3. Cuando se evapora el alcohol añadimos el perejil picado, la sal y mezclamos. Dejamos 3 minutos y apagamos el fuego. Reservamos.
  4. Para el arroz: en una cacerola colocamos un chorrito de aceite, pizca de pimienta, 1/2 diente de ajo, un trocito de manteca y la albahacas picadas. Cuando está caliente agregamos el arroz, mezclamos bien y nacaramos (dejar que el arroz tomé el medio graso, se haga transparente) cuando hicimos este paso añadimos agua caliente, agregamos la sal, tapamos y dejamos a fuego medio hasta que el arroz esté al dente. No puede quedar sin líquido, a los 10 minutos verificamos.
  5. Al verificar el líquido probamos el arroz como va y el condimento, si es necesario corregimos este último. El arroz me llevo 15 minutos. Luego emplatamos y servimos. Buen provecho!!👍🏻👨‍🍳🍽
